Am Landratsamt Ostallgäu wurden 14 Erzieherinnen aus verschiedenen Kindertageseinrichtungen als Inklusionsfachkräfte zertifiziert. Die Zertifikate wurden von Landrätin Maria Rita Zinnecker überreicht, die die Bedeutung von Inklusion und Integration betonte. Die Fortbildung erstreckte sich über 18 Monate und umfasste zwölf Veranstaltungen, um pädagogische Fachkräfte auf den inklusionspädagogischen Alltag vorzubereiten. Geleitet wurde die Fortbildung von Christine Monzner-Marxer, einer Diplom-Sozialpädagogin. Sie bietet auch Fortbildungen zu anderen pädagogischen Themen an. Die Inklusionsfachkräfte sollen nun benachteiligten Kindern bessere Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten bieten und für mehr Gleichberechtigung sorgen.

14 educators from various childcare facilities in Ostallgäu, Oberallgäu, Unterallgäu, and the city of Kaufbeuren received their certificates as inclusion specialists at the Ostallgäu district office. The certificates were presented by District Administrator Maria Rita Zinnecker. This training for inclusion specialists has already taken place for the fourth time.
In her speech, District Administrator Zinnecker emphasized the importance of inclusion and integration of children with special needs for society. As inclusion specialists, these professionals can now offer affected children more fitting developmental opportunities, reduce disadvantages, and promote more equality.
The training for inclusion specialists lasted for 18 months and included twelve training events. Educational professionals working in childcare acquired the necessary therapeutic, integration, and administrative knowledge and skills for inclusive educational practice.
The training was led by Christine Monzner-Marxer, a diploma social pedagogue and freelance adult educator. She offers training on topics such as inclusion, conceptual development, early childhood education, and elementary education for educational professionals.
