This led to a verbal altercation between the two, during which the unidentified man allegedly hit the 24-year-old, causing minor injuries. The unidentified man then walked away.

The unidentified man was described by witnesses as follows:

  • Male, 35-40 years old, approximately 170 cm tall, with a long black beard, wearing a gray sweater and a hat, speaking with an Eastern European accent

At 11:15 AM, a passerby notified the police about a seemingly intoxicated cyclist on Heilig-Kreuz-Straße. Upon checking the 41-year-old cyclist, the officers found that the bicycle was still locked, and the 41-year-old had attempted to ride the locked bike. Additionally, the 41-year-old was intoxicated with over 1.1 per mille of alcohol. Since the 41-year-old could not unlock the bike on the spot and could not provide proof of ownership, the officers confiscated the bicycle.
