In Antonsviertel wurde eine 22-Jährige in einem Linienbus sexuell belästigt, die Polizei ermittelt wegen sexueller Belästigung. Zwei Autofahrer wurden in der Innenstadt unter Alkoholeinfluss erwischt, die Polizei ermittelt wegen Verstoß gegen das Straßenverkehrsgesetz. Ein weiterer Autofahrer wurde in der Innenstadt unter Drogeneinfluss mit einem E-Scooter erwischt. In Göggingen gab es Schussabgaben mit einer Schreckschusspistole und in Inningen stürzte ein Fahrradfahrer betrunken. Ein betrunkener Autofahrer flüchtete vor einer Verkehrskontrolle in der Innenstadt und wurde später festgenommen.

Bärenkeller – A stolen scooter was found in the Mohnblumenweg area between Saturday (04.05.2024) 2:00 PM and Sunday (05.05.2024) 2:30 AM. The scooter was later discovered damaged in Rosmarinweg by a resident.
The incident resulted in minor damage in the low three-digit range.
The Augsburg Police Department is now investigating the theft and vandalism and is asking for any witnesses to come forward by calling 0821/323-2510.

Innenstadt – A 27-year-old was caught driving under the influence early Sunday morning (05.05.2024).
At 5:50 AM, police stopped the 27-year-old on Karlstraße. A breathalyzer test revealed a blood alcohol level of over 0.7 per mille. The driver’s journey was halted by law enforcement.
Innenstadt – A 36-year-old was found driving under the influence Sunday evening (05.05.2024).
At 11:45 PM, police pulled over the 36-year-old on Ulmer Straße. A breathalyzer test showed a blood alcohol level of over 1.5 per mille. The driver was stopped from continuing and a blood test was conducted.
The police are investigating the case of driving under the influence against the 36-year-old.

Innenstadt – In the early hours of Monday (06.05.2024), a 23-year-old was caught driving an E-Scooter under the influence of drugs.
At 4:40 AM, police stopped the 23-year-old on Margaretenstraße. A drug test came back positive, leading to a blood test and the cessation of the driver’s journey by the police.
The police are investigating the case of driving under the influence of drugs against the 23-year-old.

Göggingen – At 3:30 AM on Monday (06.05.2024), a resident reported multiple shots fired by unknown suspects on Wellenburger Straße. Police found blank shell casings in the vicinity.

Innenstadt – Witnesses reported an apparently intoxicated driver in the city center on Saturday (04.05.2024).
Police attempted to stop the 52-year-old driver on Prinzstraße, but he fled.
A short while later, the 52-year-old was found at his residence. A breathalyzer test showed a blood alcohol level of over 2.3 per mille. Additionally, there were signs of drug use.
The police are now investigating the case of endangering public safety.
